Ajani Jeyakumar

Ajani Jeyakumar, HBSc, RN brings over 6 years of clinical research experience to her role as Clinical Operations Manager at the Toronto Immune and Digestive Health Institute. She received her Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Western Ontario in 2014 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Nipissing University in 2019.

Ajani has been working with Dr. Mark Silverberg as a clinical research coordinator over the last 5 years. In her role she has implemented, coordinated and managed numerous phase II-IV clinical trials and translational research studies specializing in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD).

As a Registered Nurse, she works with Dr. Vivian Huang to provide specialized nursing care and support to IBD patients during preconception, pregnancy and postpartum, and IBD patients transitioning to adult care.
